Staff qualifications

All of our staff hold paediatric first aid certificates (within 6 months of starting if not before), relevant DBS checks and Ofsted suitability as a minimum. All staff complete yearly safeguarding training and maintain a portfolio of additional training courses completed on a regular basis. The management team are level 3 safeguarding qualified. Each year staff must sign a declaration to say nothing has changed in their safeguarding situation and health, plus using the DBS update service for checking too. We invest heavily in the quality and training of the team.  

We also offer a range of training opportunities available to outside practitioners. We regularly offer apprenticeship opportunities as well.
